Responsibilities :
1. Sourcing and evaluation of Land, and Redevelopment Projects
2. Business Development, and creating Feasibility Report
3. Co-ordinating with team for Legal and Technical Due Diligence
4. Drafting Term Sheet, and Leading Negotiation to formulate offers to pursue land / redevelopment project opportunities
5. Raising Project / Construction Finance and creating Basic Financial Models
6. Co-ordination with team for drafting of Legal Documents
7. Taking peaceful possession of Land or Project.
8. Co-ordinating with Architect Team for Building Elevation & Floor Plan design, with Liaison team for Project Approvals, and with Project Management Team for Construction Updates thus ensuring timely delivery of Project
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in Real estate with expertise in Land Acquistion, identify and propose Land redevelopment.

4 to 10 years
Responsibilities :
1.Planning & designing from Concept Design through Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation & As built drawings. o Shortlisting & appointing of consultants for various disciplines as& when required.
2.To co-ordinate with all stakeholders e.g. external consultants, internal teams (Sale, Site & any other agency) to ensure in time delivery of committed deliverables while maintaining the quality of the product
3. To coordinate & arrange for design deliverables, models, renders, sample apartment, area statement, RERA registration etc. within the committed timelines.
4.To arrange & attend regular design review meetings & site visits to check the veracity of the work & issue necessary instructions/ drawings to expedite the construction activity.
5.To co-ordinate with internal liaison/ approval teams to ensure the design intent is coordinated & adhered to in the regulatory documentation.
6.To lead a team of junior Architects, Interior Designers, draughts men, 3D visualizers etc. to generate design related drawings & data as may be required by the various other functions of the organization.
7.To generate drawings, perspective views, marketing collaterals etc. as per requirements.
8.To Monitor the progress of the projects & highlight issues & provide solutions to resolve the same.
9.To prepare & present to management &/ or stakeholders proposals, schemes, data & status of projects as & when required.
10.Tracking & monitoring of project related timelines. o Experience in handling Architectural & interior projects in variety of Residential, Retail, Commercial, Hospitality, Township projects with creative thinking
11.Candidate should have excellent Knowledge of Exterior & Interior Finishes
Desired Candidate Profile :
1.Applicants should be Graduates with a Bachelors Degree of Architecture/ G. D. Architecture (both courses of 5 year duration) with a flair for architectural design.
2. Prior Experience with an architectural design consultancy firm is a prerequisite. 3.Alternatively Minimum 7-10 years (out of total experience) should be with an architectural design consultancy firm.
4. Should have designed & executed large scale township, high end residential low rise as well as high rise buildings, retail, commercial & hospitality projects.
